  1. I think I’m a mesomorph but my joints are big my shoulders are big I’m 6ft3 and can lose weight fast idk what I am lol

  2. I know these types are bullshit but it is great to hear that I am naturally muscular in some way …

  3. Y’all, don’t do what this guy is doing. Working out your quads and your shoulders like in the first exercises won’t give you the full benefit of a workout as these different muscles need different weight or resistance to get the best out of a workout. Follow a proper workout plan.

  4. When you were explaining it everything applied to me lol I just started working out and how you said we have more power I’m bad at long distance but damn I’m really fast though also the muscle bulk and just everything

  5. So like if you can gain weight easily and also lose weight easily, you’re a mesomorph? When I eat less carbs my body automatically has me losing weight quickly. Or when I intermittent fast, I lose like 3 pounds overnight..

  6. 1. Lunge to db press (quads/deltoids) 10-15 reps with 45-60 secs rest

    2. Bent over db row to deadlift (back/hamstrings) 10-15 reps with 45-60 secs rest

    3. Kettle bell swing to push up (chest/core) 10-15 reps with 45-60 secs rest

    4. Split stance db curls to close grip push ups (total body) 10-15 reps with 45-60 secs rest

    5. Box jump to burpee (total body) 10-15 reps with 45-60 secs rest

  7. I think I am a mesomorph. Interesting. My finger touch around my wrist, I am strong by default (pickup a 200lb log and toss it over a 3 to 4 foot fence. Quite a few 100lb to 50lb as well then tired out) and swing between gaining and losing weight easily. In 2 weeks counting calories I have lost 3 lbs. Shoulders wider than waste but barely however I do have a chubby and tall face. I know this will not be read but if it is I want to know if this sounds like a mesomorph.
