  2. As a man who had a major leg injury ill say spinning is saving my life. I get to push myself as hard as i want pain free and i've almost got a six pack again.

  3. What a trip she can pinch his belly but if he did that it would be a law suit for sexual harassment have some boundaries!!!! No one has the right to touch anybody!

  4. Not everyone can afford a personal trainer. I think it's a matter of finding something you like and sticking to it. No point doing the gym if you hate the gym.
