  1. Since i started doing cardio. Rowing and biking.. i have less brain fog and more energy throughout the day. Icdo resistance training 4x a week . I added cardio 4x a week 20 minutes a day. It feels amazing

  2. Great info. There is a bit of a weird vibe between the two on the left. Like they are one upping each other. Thankfully the guy on the right sums it up: just lift weights, become stronger, bigger muscles, more metabolism

  3. I only do cardio at the end of my strength training to help keep me in a caloric deficit. But i mainly use it to help get blood flowing to the muscles and help them recover a bit better.

  4. Nahh what a load of bs..I lost all of my weight from doing cardio (insanity workouts) cardio awsome for fat loss 👍
