  1. Absolute rubbish. Starving the body has so some many benefits, it's actually a cure for so many diseases of 'modern civilisation' such as diabetes and cancer. Our bodies don't need so much food and it isn't hard to go with out food for 2 days. The key is when you do eventually eat, don't eat junk, eat healthy. And don't over do it.

  2. I eat around 300-400 calories per day and no carbonhydrates and i feel great no more overeating and my craving for sugar is gone

  3. As a metabolically fat person I can tell you, after six years obsessing about weight loss, fat people have the self-discipline and WILLPOWER equal to Olympic athletes!
