  1. Day 1: 242lbs … I was sweating so hard after this im littéraly laying infront of my fan right now omg. Il come back everyday to update 💜
    Day2: October 6 2021.. omg im dying and sweating so muchhhhhhhh.. i cant wait for this to be easy loll
    Day3: my lungs still burn after this workout but im feeling like its easier to go through the full video.i cant wait to breath right.
    Day4: im still out of breath my lungs are burning and my legs hurt but im not quitting till i lose 100lbs
    Day5:238lbs..my lungs burn less today doing this workout woohooooo i feel a little less out of breath and i lost 4lbs up to now omg.

  3. I've been doin this workout since a year or two and its really effective. I mostly play BTS songs while doin it cause it gives me lots of motivation.
