  3. Dear Doctor, I haven’t eaten carbs for more than 6 months, but I have been eating lot of fat beef πŸ₯© and eggs. I am feeling great, energetically, mood wise, and sleep wise.
    However as a biologist I know that in anaerobic conditions only glucose can be utilized in fermentation to produce 2 ATPs per 1 Glucose etc.
    because I am lifting weights 4-5 times a week (at my basement) I have noticed fatigue and lack of strength during exercise.
    Therefore I decided to include 2 consecutive days of 150g each of carbs in a week (total of 300g of carbs a week) in order to refurnish my glycogen stores and boost energy in anaerobic condition.

    I would be more than happy if you could kindly share your opinion about my decision.


  4. I just discovered I thought I was eating healthy portions of chicken, rice and broccoli. Well turns out the portions of rice I was eating was double or more as there is a difference between uncooked and cooked. What I thought was about 640 calories worth of rice turned out to be possibly 1280 even upwards of 2000 calories.

  6. I discovered your channel around 2019 or so. It led me to a path of intermittent fasting, a higher fat/higher protein way of eating more often. I'm down 70 something pounds (one day a scale read 383 but never read it before nor after that. 373 was the true highest weight, I believe. Now, the scale reads 298). Thanks for the knowledge, Doc

  9. Best meal plan – simple – go Vegan (Oil free, Sugar free & minimal salt or salt free) – your video complicates a simple equation – just go vegan, simple.

Good luck on that Diet, as soon as you called it a diet you failed, we all know once we stop a diet, we gain it all back plus more, you must change your mindset and call this a "Lifestyle change". Now put this fact into practice and continue this healthy change for life and remember how good you feel doing it.
