20-Minute JUMP ROPE HIIT Workout to Lose Weight

Here’s why I love jumping rope (and why I love this particular workout):

• Jumping rope for 10 minutes is the equivalent of running a 8-minute mile
• Jumping rope can burn 200-300 calories in 15 minutes
• It improves coordination
• It reduces injury risk
• It can improve cardiorespiratory fitness
• It can strengthen bone density
• It can improve heart health
• It promotes calmness

If you don’t have a jump rope, you can just jump without one. I won’t tell!
