Actually aunty Flo, I've heard u say this before that a lot of people on here maybe don't know how to cook or are here for food .. but speaking for my self that's not the case, I'm quite a good cook if I say so my self , i'm actually here because of a few things, other than Ur obviously delicious meals
    1) the intellectual perspective u bring to things ( I love this most of all)
    2) your well roundedness is refreshing and entertaining I mean, engineer by night, mumy by day , hair dresser/ tailor by afternoon … Lovely
    3) I feel there is always a lot of depth and originality to the stuff u put out

    Haven said all this, my main point is that the selling point of this channel is u, so kindly put out anything , I love to hear from you. Lol

  3. You are very correct,we can master our bodies. I started skipping breakfast and it helped me to gain full control of my appetite.

  4. Good day, Yes, I also skip breakfast and my body has grown used to it. Infact a lot of people as me my secret for keeping in shape but people say it is not the best and it's risky because breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

  6. Thank you Aunty Flo. The missing of breakfast works like magic. I started skipping breakfast for like 3years now. I eat around 12pm and take banana and groundnut in the evening most times and it has really helped me. Eating with someone too also helps me. Thank you for sharing
