  2. I have been learning to better my technique. This is the Bajan caribbean waters Barbados 🇧🇧. Also working on my endurance and stamina

  3. I would love to do stuff like these kinds of training but even with effort I only get to around 2.5km in 1.5 hours with freestyle. I swim continuously with minimal breaks( usually either 300 or 500m). I do swim with a flowing swim shirt that catches a lot of air and spreads out in the water around me ( though biomechanics like an injured leg and having to rotate my head a lot more than “optimal” to be able to breathe definitely slows me down). I have been swimming around 1.5 hours a day for a month and a half straight though

  5. I have a above ground circular pool and was wondering can you benefit losing weight with it? Its tough to do laps in it bc the pool isn't big, but its my only option due to crazy schedule.

  6. I have my own pool in my backyard in Atlanta area. 16k gallons, not exactly an Olympic lap pool. But I am going to be using it as much as i can for supplementary exercise.
