  1. Great tips Angela!!!! I’m 3 weeks in rejoined ww & have lost 6.6 pounds!! Loving the new plan & it’s really been freeing…no guilt, no condemnation to fuel my body & I love the new plan!!!! It totally encourages more veggies & water by adding points back to your day. I did whole 30/paleo last year loved it (even though I cut out all gluten, sugar, grains & dairy…that’s only sustainable for like 7 months for me then I fell off and struggled to eat healthy when life got stressful) and lost 16 pounds and kept it off but want to shed 80-100 and wanted more structure and less legalistic rules soooo glad I rejoined ww! It’s something I can do for life and I can tell my whole family is eating healthier. Keep rocking it sista!!!! Can’t wait to hear more of ww videos & see what all dishes you’re making💛

  2. I went to hungry girl and looked at some recipes, they look awesome! BUT the recipes don't have the points value, there is a button you must click to get the points value and it directs you to the weight watchers site where you have to log in. Maybe that the deal with WW but I thought the points would be with the recipe itself. Thanks for the 5 tips, they will help on my journey with WW which I joined with my mom (first in person meeting this Friday July 22!)
