  2. So hey guys annyeohaseo and konnichiwa to everyone there I'm going to update this every day so you guys could know the results I'm starting this from this Sunday and I'm going to do it till the other Sunday and let's see the results I will share my experience of this exercise with you.
    Day 1✅: it's a little bit harder , breath taking and I'm tired after this exercise . No results. It's obviously the first day so there gonna be no results today 😂lol. Let's do this again tomorrow Monday so we can get results . This is for today . Thanks for reading this
