  1. Yes, chia seeds and sabja seeds are two different kinds.

    The 5 health benefits of chia seeds as mentioned in the video, can also be gained by the consumption of sabja seeds.

    Although chia seeds and sabja seeds are indeed different, they appear deceptively similar.
