  1. EGGS: Most supermarket eggs are of a very poor quality despite the claims on the label or the higher prices. Find someone in the countryside with just a few chickens running freely on grass/woodland. (That you can see.) Beg to buy a few eggs from them if they have them. Take them home to try. First the shells will be thicker and the sizes will vary. Break the egg and look how proud the yolk stands and its deep rich colour…now eat.
    So now when you go to the supermarket you know what you need to avoid!
