  5. What can I do while still pregnant to avoid DR and also to bounce back faster?? Running is so painful for me and I can't stop comparing myself to other people on Instagram etc who run through week 30 etc!

  7. Hi Sarah, do you have any insight on intermittent fasting for people who have Hashimoto’s thyroid disease? I’m 8 months postpartum with baby #3 and struggling to lose weight even though my bloodwork is fine and my diet is pretty clean. I’m also nursing. Just wondering if intermittent fasting would be appropriate to try. Any advice would be great!!

  9. This video is so inspirational! I am 4 months post-partum and also have a two year old so finding time to workout can be challenging. I also have a DR, so I will definitely have to check those videos out!
