  1. yes, i still dont understand😭😭 like how do i know what to eat in a day.. LIKE I STILL DONT UNDERSTAND😭 in fact, i do need a coach 😂

  2. Hey dudes. I’m 23, 285 pounds. I’ve figured my daily calories to be around 2200 calories, plus I also include an hour of cardio every day which burns another 400-500 calories. I feel great

  3. I downloaded an app that told me I had to eat 1250 calories a day to loose weight. Now with this method I found out my tdee is around 1900 so I should eat 200+ more calories. I never saw results by eating so few calories and hopefully eating the right amount would work, I'm also playing sports 2 times a week so I want to make sure I'm getting the right amount of energy. I was struggling with not loosing weight since ever, thanks for this video. I genuinely am disappointed that an app would tell people to eat less calories than they actually need

  4. Do you have to keep decreasing your caloric intake as you lose weight? So basically do I have to recalculate every week?

  5. 1. Calculate BMR (link1)
    2. Calculate TDEE (BMRx energy level)
    3. 3500 calories = 1 pound = – 500 cal (-250 cal)
