  1. I’ll probably never get an answer to this, but can a diabetic do intermittent fasting?

    3. Fasting mimicking diet. Avocado and green smoothie in the morning avocado and green smoothie in the afternoon and fast for a minimum of 13 hours a day and you'll be in ketosis in 2 to 3 days easy

  5. I've been reading about exogenous ketones and it said that these could be dangerous for people with high blood pressure, is this true? My husband and I have been on keto for 6 weeks and he takes BP meds that he is trying to get off of.
