Okay so I’m kind of freaking out about the replacing a drink with water because I am literally obsessed with drinking Pepsi and Coco Cola and I already know I would have such a hard time replacing them with something. It’s also really bad because I feel that most of my weight is coming from the soda. One can of Coco Cola is 140 calories and a small bottle of Pepsi is 210 calories.. I recently started drinking Coco Cola more than the Pepsi though. Any advice?

  2. I'm a certified trainer and you don't want to exercise the obliques too much as it will expand the muscle. Want slim looking waist – develop your shoulders and back to get that V-taper look which will give the illusion of a smaller waist. Also to build glutes I recommend deadlifts, glute bridges and hip thrusts with resistance. Walk on an incline to build the posterior chain – hamstring, calves and glutes. Hope that helps.

  5. I am binge watching your vids right now, so this suggestion may be late. I tend to return to tried & true old school methods. Billy Blanks Tae Bo videos use a lot of standing stationary isolated twisting at the abs movements that work great for leaning out your obliques.☺☺☺☺☺ Also, his workouts strengthen & tone arms, too, especially with the Billy Bands. If the band's are no longer sold, light hand weights are an alternate use. I am sure you may be able to locate a few of his videos on YouTube. You look great!!!!🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
