    new year resolutions of 2021 was to loose weight..its 2022 and Im still here..

  3. Shoulder press and triceps extensions I do with 5kg bells, they are too easy with less kg than that even when I'm not trained. The rest of the exercises I have to switch to 2kg for right now atleast. Less reps with heavier bells gives much faster results overall. But the tricky ones you can't have heavy weights for (kickbacks and reverse flys, impossible with higher weights:p)

  4. Changed my life. I will never eat the same ever again. "Unless you physically trip and your face lands in a box of donuts, there is no such thing as a 'slip'." Get that mind set and you'll win again and again.

  5. I love this workout! Been doing it a little over a week and it is working for me! I have also been trying to limit processed foods which might be contributing! I would recommend this workout!
