  1. With all due respect you have a wonderful plan laid out in this video but you can't just tell women to get upwards of 7 hours of sleep each night! If only it were that simple. I fall asleep but can't Stay asleep and wake up each night at 3.45am and I am 49 years old and eat wholefoods drink plenty of water exercise light to moderate and believe now that my bad sleep quality is The reason I have 10 pounds to lose. Just saying.

  4. Love the So Delicious option you showed in this video! My husband and I always look at the labels to find how much sugar is in things. What’s interesting is tomato sauce! It’s surprising how much sugar is in this, and similar, products. It’s very hard to find tomato products that don’t have added sugars to them.

    I commented about green tea on another FMP post, but will decaf green tea work? I am sensitive to caffeine so cannot drink caffeinated green tea all day long.
