  5. I had trouble knowing what to eat, I’m new and my main goal is to build muscle and what works for me the keto diet that I got from ketogenerator.online . I’ve been using it for a couple of months and It’s been working for me, I don’t know if it works to lose weight but It has the option to. Don’t lose motivation! I learnt that discipline is key I hope it helps 🙂

  6. Such a great video, Olivia🙏🏻😍Thank you. 💕🙏🏻I keep using “my fitness pal” for like 1-2 weeks, but then it becomes too tough! I know this isn’t an excuse. I SHOULD DO IT!😓 But in a busy lifestyle, adding all those foods and numbers just become too time-consuming… I just eat lunch and get back to work, or later on a snack… whenever I start on “my fitness pal”, it takes me only 2 weeks to be consistent with it … 😞😞🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
