  2. Hi, Just wanted to ask what you understand about Gastroparesis. I was diagonosed this year and my dietician has recommended for me NOT to eat alot of fiber as my body cannot break it down very well, so suggested to eat white bread instead but we are always told to stay away from the white stuff. What would you recommend, I try not to eat alot of white bread. I also have Hypothyroidism. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks from the UK.xx

  3. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2016. Was put on birth control, which I took for years with no issues. 2017 I ended up with a bilateral pulmonary embolism. Then I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. So, 2 diagnoses that make losing weight incredibly difficult. Last year I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer and underwent a hysterectomy. I still have a difficult time with weight.

  4. I had fibromyalgia and I am in remission. I fear that all the body positivity for obese people is feeding diabetes and heart disease. You can not deny that obesity is not healthy. Whether you think it looks good or not. It's not healthy. 🔴

  6. I was diagnosed with pcos, but told by doctor it was high prolatin. I trusted the the doctor more than endocrinologist, I truly believe its due to my underactive thyroid affecting the endocrine system

  7. 🤔💭You can take Berberine instead of Metformin and it's all natural and healthier 👀 I refuse to take Metformin due to side effects and after a certain age Birth Control Pills aren't useful ✌🏼

    I Told Her I Have No Health Problems Stopping Me From Starting Out With Light Weights, Like Any Other Normal person She Works With, Plus am Not Obese
