  2. Starting this after 6 months again, since I gained 4 kgs again. I'm 63 kgs rn. Doing this for 30 days, 2 times along with lily sabri belly workout. My diet is not eating outside food & cutting down sugar intake. Will update the results at the end of 30 days! Wish me luck guys! I've never felt so demotivated in my life!

  3. This is how my workout is going, I forgot to write this on Day 1, but here it is!

    Day 1: My legs are so sore- but I kept encouraging myself to do it! I did it exactly 2 times 🙂

    Day 2: Basically the same as day 1 but I felt better and it was really easy!

    Day 3: I had a exhausting day and I just encouraged myself enough to actually do the workout 1 time :’)

    Day 1✅ I did it, it was hard for the first time and I really think that if I'm going to do it in 10days I'm going to the some leg changes bc you can feel the workout in the whole body. ( going to update everyday)
