  1. No no no! snacking is not recommended. You’re destroying all your work by snacking as it triggers your insulin. Keeping insulin constantly high builds resistance to it and screws up your metabolism. It’s a terrible advice to give.

    Rather than snack, just eat more during lunch and dinner. That will be a lot more beneficial.

  2. But i hate strength training so much, tried several times during the last years, expensive trainer, studio, stopped after a few months and hated every minute of it. No problem to ride the bycicle for one or two hours daily though, i like that.

  3. If it comes to calories cycling it's prefered, for instance, to eat 2200 calories one day and 1800 the other day which leaves me with 2k calories overall? Am I thinking right?
