    1. sleep 18 hrs
    2. go for 5 min walk.
    3. get my badmington bag ready
    4. 3 lines of the good stuff
    5. drink at least 8 glass of quality beer.
    6. sleep some more
    7. go for another 5 min walk
    8. go to friend party come bk next day
    9. sleep wake up and repeat
