  1. Great Great routine! I'd just like to say when doing your leg press dont flatten your legs completely straight when coming back up, the weight can cause a huge injury so when coming back up just keep the knee bent just a little bit.

I just Started working out and I actually like the stairmaster it really gets your heart rate going and makes you sweat I don’t want to leave the gym without knowing a broke a sweat lol guys do it it’s worth it put some good music and pretend you’re at the club or something 🥴 I hate running tho I feel like I’m jiggling all over the place but I Make sure I sprint even if it’s a fee seconds . Once I lost all this extra weight it’s going to be a lot easier . Don’t forget guys if you’re overweight it will be harder because it’s like you got a sandbag on you the whole time . Let that be your motivation to actually like working out . Get rid of that extra weight and keep going . It’s not just to look good but it really heals your mind and spirit

  3. I was working out with someone but I don't have time anymore for the attitudes. I have to do this for me. I want to loose 50 more lbs. Any suggestions?

  5. Tip ! Adding a band on the stair master will help the kick backs even more ! Doing lateral raises also with the band is an even more !
