  2. Do you work out more than an hour a day to burn off the carbs? My body doesn't allow me to eat but so many carbs.

  3. Definitely under eating in this video. Not enough calories and very little protein. I wouldn’t consider this healthy or sustainable long term.

  4. I like to rub butter all over my potato, season the outside with garlic powder, lemon pepper, onion powder, seasoning salt & Oregano then cook in microwave for like 3 minutes flip over & cook another 3 minutes or so until it's done. Taste so good & faster than oven plus it doesn't heat up house in super hot summer.

  5. I love the coffee with the creamer. The carrageenan in the coffee was killing me tho. I switched to Natural Bliss.

  6. awesome info! i have always love eating and that made me lose weight super hard, tried a lot of diets and exercises along with it, but what made it possible was agoge diet. it changed my life. its always about the right diet for u
