Wow this one is tough. A few people have asked for longer videos so give this one a go. You will need a dumbbell and try to keep the same weight for all sets. I’ve used a 10kg.

There are two 15 minute sections to this workout with a one minute rest in between.

5 exercises | 30 seconds on each then 30 second rest x 5

Dumbbell lunge press (right arm)
Dumbbell lunge press (left arm)
Sprint on the spot
Press ups
Squat + squat pulse

1 Minute rest

5 exercises | 30 seconds on each then 30 second rest x 5

Dumbbell snatch (right arm)
Dumbbell snatch (left arm)
Burpee (not chest to floor)
Explosive star jumps
Climb the rope

  3. Started doing Joe with New Years Day workout and kept it going three times a week … mid March now 2021. Pick a workout at random. 1st time for this one. It’s the hardest so far. Did the first five rounds and only two of the second. 4.5 kg dumbbell. Try to do an extra round each of next three sessions. Excuse? 74th birthday coming up …

  5. this is – for me – still one of thest best HIIT workouts I've done – great far cardio and fat loss, plus a little conditioning. Nobody should ever find this easy!
