  3. The bottom elbow claps are a little difficult for me to do? So should I keep doing the exercise and try to get them close as I can? Is that ok?

  4. Man boobs are nothing more than glorified stored sugar. Stop over indulging in carbohydrates and you will slim down and lose your man boobs. Eat low carb; fitness channels never seem to really grasp or understand how insulin works and why insulin is the key to losing weight
