  1. Found James on tiktok and watched this video on May 28th 2022 and it was the day that I decided I was done making weight loss seem so complicated. By just eating a bit better and at the right amounts, combined with moving more, I’ve lost about 18 pounds in just over a month. I’m back in the 200’s and my period has come back. I’m only getting started and have a lot more to lose, but this video really changed my whole perspective, especially as a young woman.

  2. I wish these TED talk producers would learn to show the slides. This is common sense for any video production company come on.

  3. I’ve been telling women this for years. Only problem is if we eat little before ovulation (easiest time to diet) we won’t ovulate and we won’t get progesterone which is needed for stress

  4. I love this! It all makes sense now why I ruin my diet and binge every month about a week before my period 🤦‍♀️
