  1. If you’re consuming enough protein through food or powder, consuming additional amino acids, especially BCAAs, is only going to cause a darker piss.

  2. I want to try ure product , im a hardgainer 185cm weighting 74 kg wanna put on size and muscle , can u recommend something pls
