  1. how can this be… a 65 year ol man….220-65=155……now resting HR is 60…….. 155-60=95….. this ol man is startin out with 95X.60=57 and 95X.70=66.5…………. how can that do anything for a 65 year ol man

For the people confused as to why he got the number 130, it’s because that is what’s known as the HEART RATE RESERVE(HRR), This is the number of beats this person has access to in their own body, If the resting heart heart rate is 60, It can’t go lower than that, If the Max is 190, It can’t go higher than that, so the HRR is the total difference that’s possible for your body specifically and it’s more accurate.
