  3. I can do only half of the session…..after that it feels like i can't move my muscles even if I try to. I also faced headaches a couple of times. Any suggestions?

  4. That last Burpee exercise killed me. Mentally I was like thank goodness the last exercise is jumping Jack ☠☠
