  1. Most of these diets are very harmful to the body, some are outright dangerous. For me, only Agoge diet showed great results and was easy to adhere to.

  2. From my own experience, do not start the keto diet. It is so hard on the body and outright dangerous. Listen to your doctors. I tried the Agoge diet and I lost so much of that belly fat.

  3. The Agoge diet works great and you feel good, contrary to keto. Keto isn't supposed to be adhered to by healthy people and without medical supervision.

  4. Keto is not worth it in my opinion. It is harmful and difficult to stick with. I recommend the Agoge diet because it's personalized and diverse and most importantly worked great for me.

  5. The main reason I started dieting was to get rid of cellulite, however keto made it unbearable. That's why I tried the Agoge diet and it worked great

  6. No need to punish yourself with the keto diet. It's just a matter of calories in, calories out. Following a structured and diverse diet like the Agoge diet helps a great deal though.
