    Day 1 DONE✅:Okay this is hella tiring and hard I took like 5 breaks but i felt the burn!!

  2. Hey I started this workout on 13/12/2021 will update everyday the progress..

    My right hand: 12 inches
    My left hand : 11.5 inches

    Day 1: ✅. Bit painful but okay
    Day 2: ✅. Hands bit sore towards the end.
    Day 3: ✅. Hard but not done much

    I've gained some weight since the pandemic and that's why I'm starting this challenge now. I'm curious. Have already done a week and see the first results. I'll stay tuned!!
    Day 1,2 – it's hard
    Day 3,4 – it's getting better!
    Day 5 – I tried the workout with weights
    Day 6 – my arms feel stronger and more tight 😁
