1 cucumber
1 lemon juice
1 inch fresh ginger
1 cup cilantro or parsley
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 1/2 cup filtered water
BLEND WELL
You can add more water if you want it thinner.
