Do this workout every 2-3 weeks to drop fat and see where you are at on your fitness journey.

Todays workout starts with a quick warm up then I take you through 5 levels of graduating intensity. You will be using dumbbells towards the end of this workout so make sure to take out two sets before you start! One light and the other a bit heavier (20lbs max).

Level 1: Light Cardio
Level 2: HIIT Cardio
Level 3: Light Weights (I used a 2lb set)
Level 4: Heavier Weights (I used a 8lb set)
Level 5: Floor Intense Abs

Feel free to stop or slow down where you feel like you have reached your max. Track your progress in the comments and stay away from feelings of discouragement. Everyone is on their own unique fitness journeys and will be at different levels. There is no shame on coming back to this workout and re-testing; Its actually recommended!

  1. Omg…I did it today. Actually, I was struggling during level 2 😅, because of my low lungs volume. I really enjoyed levels 3, 4 and 5. I burnt around 500 kcal.

  5. Thank you for the workout. I made it to level 5 with difficulties on floor abs especially the plank with hands up and down but it was alright! I am soaaaaked and I love it.
