  5. I had one and felt so uncomfortable. My stomach would hurt and felt like I could not breathe. It also got super sweaty and it broke apart after a few months.

  8. Désolé pour la perte du ta mére je te souhaite beaucoup du force. Et pour le corsets jamais porte plus de 8h par jour et jamais la nuit, les corsets c'est pour modèle le corps pas pour faire maigrir ou perte de poids, toi peux perdre dans le cm me avec le aide du un diète équilibrée. Ca change rien si toi porte le Corset me toi mange le Mc. Et le corset si il est porte plus de 8h par jours il risque de endommagé les organes peut faire du compression il a des efects secondaire, la insomnie, l douleur du dos a cause du baleines du corset. Il a beaucoup du chose. C'est pas un bon chose a faire pour la santé. Le meilleur intervalle du temps pour le corset a porté est 8h avec des pause entre le jours au moins au début. Et il existe de corset poue la mobilité pour le personne plus mobil avec 4 , 6,ou 9 baleines et pour le personne sédentaire qui bougé pas beaucoup pendant la journée avec 12,15 ou 20 baleines c'est les corsets extreme. Je spere que mon commentaire a aide.
