A few years ago, I was at my heaviest weight and absolutely exhausted from the constant mental food chatter in my brain. I was overweight and food obsessed and I desperately wanted that all to change.

I started eating 3 deliciously abundant meals a day and eliminated sugar and flour from my life. I started experiencing a freedom that I never thought was possible. I lost 130 pounds and have maintained that loss for the last 3 years. More importantly, my mind is quieted from the constant food thoughts and I finally have food freedom! My mission is to help other women who are stuck in the vicious food cycle gain food freedom so they can fully live out God’s plan for their life.
