  4. Youtube needs to stop throwing in their ads disrupting a 12 minute workout, its sad. I guess they are trying to get us to buy the guy YouTube premium, but I'm not going too. So please stop, can we enjoy something just for 12 minutes!

  5. So I struggle to do all these different exercises so walking is good for me. However during the day I don’t really do much I do chores now and again then I sit down to watch tv then later I exercise will I still get the benefits?
