  2. We are doing this video for our tighs and our abs routine with my friend my thighs are 65 cm
    Day1:Did it and it hurtsss little but burnss

  3. Day 1 : Just finished 2 exercises and I'm already but will continue after a short breather. FINALLY I DID IT!!! Although I do feel a little bit guilt for not doing those sumo kickers but I feel more proud of myself for finishing everything,yes I did cheat a little bit by taking a lot more breathers and did take breaks in between excercise but still I did it. Might not be much but ok I guess. Will come back tmrw 🤗

    Day 2 : I did everything today but I had to take breaks for that chair exercise,but today it was a bit easier than yesterday so I made progress!!!! Yayyy 😄, but NGL I'm ded T.T
