  1. Why are u doing this lol, neither is this gonna spot reduce the fat around your arms nor is this gonna build muscle, its just streching. If you wanna lose fat do cardio and if you wanna gain musvle without equipment theres always calisthenics 💀

  5. You guys- you're probably not gonna be able to keep your arms up, your elbows together, or your back straight- thats okay! It takes time, doing this multiple times a day or a week! You've got this!

    1It hurt TOO much but I could do it✅
    2I didn't make it complete I lacked. I didn't do it completely I missed 2 because I didn't have much time😿✅
    3It didn't hurt so much, it was much easier ✅
    4I just finished it I do not see many changes, but you have to understand that it will not give me results in 4 days✅
