  1. Joe, I LOVE this workout ! I decided to hit the gym for 30 mins first then come home and do this. Sweating or what !!!!! This is one of my favourite Kettlebell workouts. Thank you for sharing 🙂 (I always do the 4 on each side)

    Small space, lots of burn. Only thing…dial back the negative self-commentary on your lack of comfortability.

  3. By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it bestgym.equipment around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.
