  5. Please don't take me as weird…
    I am going to take this workout as challenge for next three months.
    Current weight:- 55 kg ( approx. I didn't checked for a year LOL.)
    Goal weight :- 40 kg ( I want body like those K-pop idols, to be more specific, just like rose)
    Starting date :- 07.01.2023
    Age:- 15 years
    ( I will try my best to be consistent but I have my finals coming up and got some personal issues so please don't mind me and over it it's my first time doing workout sooo……)
    DAY 1:- ☑( only half of it though😐)
    DAY 2:- Got so much work to finish
    Day 3:-☑ ( Half only )
    Day 4:- ☑ ( full)
    Day 5:- ☑ ( full in 35 min with 10 minutes of workout from other channel)

    I don't have scale so I will just update by seeing in mirror.

  6. lol modified some of the ones I couldn’t do for push ups or planks or crunches day 1 first workout of the year excited to cut this new year
