  8. Currently a student in my last yr of high school – I did Pilates in my recreational gym, and looking to start doing them more on my own time! Heavy exercise is difficult for me as I have some health issues. I believe someone mentioned the wrist modifications, big help!! Can’t wait to start my Pilates journey with you!!
