Smoothie No. 1: PB&J

1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Smoothie No. 2: FIT + SLIM

1 cup milk of choice
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Smoothie No. 3: CHOCOLATE + COFFEE

1 cup milk of choice
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp freeze-dried coffee (or replace 1/4 cup milk with 1/4 cup strong chilled coffee)
1/2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Smoothie No. 4: GREEN MACHINE

1 cup milk of choice
1 frozen banana
1 cup baby spinach, packed
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder


1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Should be going towards the plant-based I'm looking at a plant-based protein now because you really want to stay away from that animal protein if you're putting that into your shake it's not a natural shake I'm really into natural foods now I want to stay away from meet dairy products and fish and eggs they're showing this really negative results healthwise and I have the test results to prove it basically we need to go towards the plant-based protein maybe an almond milk and possibly you're going to have to fresh fruits and more vegetables that's what you're going to do to lose weight lean and mean better lower blood pressure and and going the right direction

That's good to start out your morning with the fruit smoothie and then you add a plant-based protein to it this will be a great start you're going to see a huge improvement your health coming off of this and it's not so much what you're eating and the more of the vegetarian direction and fruit and vegetables but to stay away from 3/4 of the foods that are out there there are causing your health too worse than the sugar's the fast the cholesterols the animal-based proteins the eggs which are archaic acid which is like strip nine causes number one artery blockage eggs blood pressure strokes everybody's having them when I started spending tennis I started realizing all the stuff they're teaching out there is wrong I saw the best tennis players and I realized that they weren't doing with the other tennis players were doing 1% of the top tennis players were not hitting the ball the same way that the rest of the 99% hit that's when I really start looking into it that's what I really started to figure out what diet these guys are on and they're not on the same diet that 99% of the athletes on that's amazing and then several areas I started working on amazing results wow so much so that I have to start my own business I have to teach tennis lessons I have to because I have to contribute to society I have to help others who are getting hip transplants who's who have scatic nerve damage who have arthritis all over their body I'm talking about former Olympic athletes at 45 the guys cover with arthritis yes gigmatic nerve damage this is everybody around me either had a stroke static nerve damage can't move have replaced artificial hip at the age of 40 we're having pain all over their body I know the reason for all this I know what causes this they're tennis games they're improper footwork the way they hit the ball causes the hip damage all these tennis players are getting artificial hips put in hey put two and two together what's causing it yes the way they hit the ball is causing hip damage arthritis scanic nerve damage pain all over their body I was studying keto karate for a while realized that some people were getting arthritis all over their whole body well I discovered something I started the difference between ballistic movements and non-ballistic I realize that certain movements at the body does are not good for it the detrimental to it and certain movements like non ballistic static movements are way better for you if you look at the top athletes they're going more towards that direction now and away from the other one like bouncing they're going towards more static exercises

Yeah but I'm fine now she want to eat more fruits and vegetables that's what makes you healthy for staying away from the meat the fish the chicken the eggs and what everybody else is eating these foods are causing artery blockage heart attack stroke high blood pressure diabetes 2 flat fat and cholesterol is always located in animal products animal protein's always contain high cholesterol and fat which you want to avoid the foods that are natural like plant-based fruits and vegetables these are promoting really good health whereas most the other foods they're taking away from your house believe it or not and cost you a great deal of money

Believe it or not in the last 6 months after I did my research I found out what foods to eat and what foods not to eat I'm eliminated 3/4 of the foods in my diet I'm down to just a few these are getting the best results weight loss athletic performance lower blood pressure lower cholesterol and better overall test results from the doctor lately I've lost weight lowered my blood pressure got the fat off a lot of my body it's amazing to do this at 62 right now I'm going in a completely different direction this year not only in my tennis but nutrition as we learn more realize that everything we're doing is wrong and we have to let go of that and throw it over a bridge because old knowledge is not good knowledge new knowledge is what's going to lead us and to be coming better athletes this year

  12. I love smoothies… I do one every day.
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1cup mixed dark frozen berries (blue, black, ect)
    1 cup frozen spinach
    6oz plane Greek yogurt
    2 scoops whey protein
    Water to desired thiccccness

    About 475 cals as prepared. Can be much less if yogurt is omitted. But I use it as a meal replacement
