  3. I am doing this workout after the 4 months of my c section delivery and its working pretty well for me
    Its 1:42 am and I have just finished it still feeling very energetic ❤

  4. I love these workouts❤️!!! It has helped with my fibromyalgia and weight loss🥰!!! I started with this workout 3 months ago and I’ve been doing other ones and mixing them up…it doesn’t even feel like I’m working out only dancing🥰!!! Love the music and the moves❤️!!! Thank you for these workouts they are a godsend❤️🥰!!!
