  3. Having time to prep and or plan on what I'm eating. I commute and work long hours. When I get home, we typically go out to eat. By then, I'm whipped and all I want to do is drink wine and eat whatever is in front of me. :p

  4. Hi Jenn, for me , i can always find an excuse why I have to have something to eat.. either it was crazy work day, or kids tick me off, or hubby said something wrong .. or my brain just ‘needs’ food 🙁

  5. Thank you for making these videos. You are relatable and real. I'm going to join Noom today. I already did the initial questions, etc. online and I just needed to hear from a real person regarding the pros/cons before I fully committed. You have inspired me to get healthier. I'm a teacher. Stress is my #1 obstacle to weight loss.
