  1. Love your channel, but I have a degree in Nutrition and I have to disagree with the daily weighing. My credential was not for boasting, but to give substance for what I am saying.
    Especially for women, fluctuations in weight is more common due to fluid retention due to hormones. Daily weighing can be discouraging.

  2. I'm in my 50's and trying to lose weight. It isn't easy because I work at a computer all day everyday. So I will try to incorporate your good habits and see how it goes.

  3. I want to personally take time out to appreciate Dr IGUDIA on his YouTube channel for the herbs medication I ordered from him in curing my Diabetes disease

  4. Do you not have to be careful eating grapefruit with certain medications as it could give you a sensation of overdosing, I'm sure I've read it somewhere.

  5. All that water, lol (for Bob). Well, he's a tall drink of water, so..
    Are you supposed to eat after you exercise and drink the water before, does anyone know? I try to do it that way. If I wait too long, I get hungry though.

  7. I think the grapefruit diet was back in the early 80s…my parents lost a lot of weight on it…it was from a company called " The Diet Center" not sure if they were all over the US…but they were in Florida for sure.

  8. Can you do a video on the femoral nerves and muscle…some how I messed mine up and I've tried everything but still get the shock zap feeling down my legs. .and I know for a fact it's not the Is sciatic nerve. Could it be a hurt disk?

  10. So i do all this stuff and have now stopped loosing weight and weight is going up. But then i am drinking more tea again no sugar of any kind added. Heard matcha tea is suppose to help lose weight but so far that too isnt working. For whatever reason i am going in the wrong direction. I have been writing down everyting i eat and what exercises i do, been doing that for three years, doesnt help me either.

  11. I started waking up an hour earlier to stretch and do calestinics. It helps me deal with my anxiety due to my job. I work in a forensic mental health hospital.

  12. I lost 40lbs no more pop and 3 healthy meal small plates and two healthy snacks and plenty plenty water and I got my A1C down I was taking 2000 MG a day of metFormin and now i take 50mg once a day I still have more to go but I'll get there
