  1. I’m 6’1 played college sports it takes me 43 hours of hard walking to get 10 k steps not even close to it at 30

  2. This does not address the science behind the cravings. We all know what we are supposed to eat, we just can’t. This is like trying to tell an alcoholics to only drink non alcoholic beverages

  3. X amount of people who lost weight ate breakfast, so you should eat breakfast is not a very scientific approach. There's no proven correlation for weight loss in that statement. How many lost weight and didn't eat breakfast? I personally know a handful of people. If it makes you overeat on calories, don't have it.

  4. You have to eat moderation It's all in the intake You have to get on a treadmill You lose weight fast Just watch how you eat

  5. I eat loads b4 bed ..I never eat breakfast and I eat fast.. and I love fizzy drink and cakes and all things sugar none of these makes a difference to the fact I'm under weight … stress makes me under eat not over eat ..food for thought # the minority report ..

  6. My weight was 52kgs..but only for being depressed i started eating like mad . i gain 56 kgs. I gain 4 kgs more in only 6 days

    2 6000
    3 5000
    4 2000
    5 6000
    6 1000
    7 2000

    I'm 15 and i have to take 1600calories a day but I take too much 😭
