  1. Small challenge…my goal was no less than 2100 kettlebell swings(30lbs), in 7 days. Day 3, I have completed over 1000… pacing myself. Feels great!

    Today I just did 4 sets total 15 reps reach 1 min rest. This routine is a jump start to my day. I want to do it everyday but it takes me longer to recover from the squats but I’ll get there.

  6. I do 3 sets of this exact routine everyday and i must say it is definitely an exhausting workout, i sweat and feel a great burn alot with this. Of course i will go up to 4-5 sets but for now i started with 3. This is a full body weight loss routine right? Just making sure as i also lift weights so i dont want to lose fat only a few areas of my body and remain chunky in other areas so.
